Accessibility Statement
A website that is easy for everyone
We want everyone to be able to find what they need here, read it comfortably, and get in touch. This page explains how we have checked that, and what we are still working on.
Last reviewed October 9, 2026
Our aim
We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the standard most widely used for websites.
How we checked
On October 9, 2026, every page of this website was reviewed against WCAG 2.2 Level AA. The review measured the pages in a web browser rather than judging them by eye:
- the contrast of every line of text, including text over photographs, measured against the photograph itself on phone, tablet and desktop screens
- headings, image descriptions, page regions and form labels
- moving through every page, menu and photo viewer with a keyboard alone, with a visible outline on whatever is in focus
- the messages forms give when something is missing
- the reduced-motion setting, text enlarged to 200%, extra spacing between letters and lines, and screens as narrow as 320 pixels
Where something fell short, we fixed it. That included clearer text over photographs, stronger focus outlines on dark backgrounds, menus and the photo viewer now taking keyboard focus where it belongs, visible labels on every form field, and form messages that say exactly what is still needed.
What is not perfect yet
- We have not yet tested this website with screen readers such as VoiceOver, NVDA or JAWS, with voice control, or with high-contrast colour settings. We would like to.
- Text over photographs was measured against the photographs on the site today. When a photograph changes, we check it again.
- The small slash in the page path at the top of some pages ("Home / About") is decorative. Screen readers skip it, and it is lighter than the text around it.
- Some parts of this website come from other companies: the hosting and visitor count (Ploy) and the typefaces (Google Fonts). If one of them gets in your way, tell us and we will take it up with them.
Tell us if something is not working
If anything on this website is hard to use, or you would like information in another format, write to hello@rxperience.us. Let us know the page and what happened. We aim to reply within five working days.
